A Partner at ALSA Research, Peter Tufo is a seasoned operator and investor who builds and backs high‑growth companies for long‑term value.

He is a Partner at Granite Medspa, guiding the expansion of one of the largest and fastest growing multi-site medical spa operations in New England, and the co‑founder of One Outdoor, a holding company scaling environmental‑service businesses in the Southeastern U.S, which he led through a successful sale in 2023.

Previously, Peter served as Chief Operating Officer of Faherty Brand and as a Partner at Flat Creek Holdings, a Mountain West roadside‑towing and logistics platform. He began his career in the restructuring practice at Lazard.

Peter earned his B.A. with high honors in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
