You may be eligible if you:
- Are between 18 and 75 years of age

Have a diagnosis of celiac disease with intestinal damage

Still experience symptoms of celiac disease even though you've attempted a gluten-free diet for at least 1 year
There may be additional requirements that our team will discuss with you to see if you qualify.
