Who is eligible
• Are at least 40 years of age • Have Type 2 Diabetes • Have heart disease, such as heart attack, stroke or poor blood flow to legs or arms • Have High blood pressure • Have not already been diagnosed with heart failure Additional criteria may apply. A full list of study criteria will be reviewed with you by our team.
What's involved
Qualified participants may receive: • Access to study medications • Study-related care at no cost • Reimbursement up to $2,700 for time and travel • The opportunity to help advance potential new options for heart failure prevention Participation is voluntary, and health insurance is not required.
