Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease? You may be at increased risk of developing heart failure.
Consider joining a new clinical trial exploring a potential treatment to reduce your likelihood of developing heart failure.
The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of an investigational medication, baxdostrat, in combination with an already approved treatment for Type 2 Diabetes, Kidney Disease and Heart Disease called dapagliflozin, to determine if they can help prevent the chance of developing heart failure.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are at least 40 years of age

Have Type 2 diabetes

Have heart disease, such as heart attack, stroke or poor blood flow to legs or arms

Have high blood pressure (hypertension)

Have not already been diagnosed with heart failure
There may be additional requirements that our team will discuss with you to see if you qualify.
